GUIDE TO CHARTERING
Before embarking on the delightful journey of selecting the ideal vessel for your Blue Cruise sailing escapade, with our expert guidance, a foundational understanding of the concept of a “Blue Cruise” will prove invaluable in aligning your preferences with the perfect choice. Gulets are categorized based on their design, charter rates, levels of luxury and comfort, as well as the array of water sports equipment they house.
As a general rule, during the peak season of July and August, our gulets are chartered for a minimum duration of one week. While this is the norm, there could be exceptions, and we encourage you to reach out to our agency for any special deals that might apply.
The charter fee encompasses a comprehensive range of costs, including port fees and transit logs within Turkish waters, fuel and maintenance expenses for the ship’s engine (typically around 4 hours of daily motor sailing), onboard water supply, laundry services, crew wages, and overall service provisions. Additional charges encompass port and agency fees in Greek waters, fuel consumption for water skiing and Jet Ski activities, as well as the expenses related to food and beverages.
Most of the gulets within our fleet are registered at Bodrum Port. However, our clients are granted the flexibility to commence or conclude their voyage from any of the available ports such as Gocek, Fethiye, Marmaris, or Antalya, contingent upon the schedule of the chosen gulet. We encourage you to engage in discussions with us to determine the most suitable port for your journey.
Upon selecting a gulet proposal presented by our team, we will furnish you with a Yacht Charter Contract. Once the terms are mutually agreed upon, the stipulated deposit outlined in the contract should be transferred to our designated bank account as an initial installment for official confirmation. This prepayment constitutes 50% of the total charter fee indicated in the contract, and the remaining balance will be settled upon your embarkation.
