Once you’ve determined the type of vessel for your charter, selected itinerary destinations, optional activities, and shared your preferences and expectations for the gulet cruising experience, we will provide you with a Yacht Charter Contract for your review and signature. The terms outlined in the contract adhere to the guidelines set forth by MYBA (Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association-World Wide Yachting Association). This comprehensive agreement outlines yacht specifications, cruise dates, itinerary, cruising area, costs, and is legally binding.
You can return the signed copy by scanning and emailing it to us or faxing it to our designated number. Upon contract agreement, a 50% deposit of the total charter fee is required, to be transferred to the Agency’s specified bank account. We will provide confirmation of the cleared deposit. The remaining balance can be settled upon embarkation or transferred to the agency account just before your tour date.
Following this step, we will send you a detailed questionnaire at the appropriate time, seeking information about your travel arrangements, guest list, preferences, dietary requirements, and any special needs. This data will be discussed with you extensively to ensure a seamless experience that aligns with our agency’s commitment to excellence. Our aim is to have everything prepared and arranged before your Private Yacht Charter begins, giving you peace of mind from the very start.
Throughout your Blue Voyage, remember that we are always available for any inquiries or concerns you may have.
We place high importance on insurance arrangements. We strongly recommend obtaining suitable insurance coverage to account for potential cancellations, force majeure events, and unforeseen circumstances. While all vessels in our fleet are insured against harm and damages to third parties (limited insurance), individual coverage for your journey is advisable.
The Charter Fee encompasses the yacht charter itself, including all functional equipment, tools, supplies, transit log, and port expenses within Turkish waters. It also covers fuel and lubrication for the ship’s engine (approximately 4 hours of daily motor sailing), ship’s laundry, crew wages, and service.
Typically, the charter fee does not cover food and beverage costs, unless specified otherwise. Port and agency expenses, government taxes applicable in Greek or Croatian waters (if included in the itinerary), are the responsibility of the client. Additionally, the client is responsible for fuel costs related to water sports such as Jet Ski, water skiing, and wakeboarding etc.
